McDonald's X Sasol Partnership Radio Ad

BRIEF:

McDonald's South Africa and Sasol came together to make 2021 Summer hotter!

How do we raise awareness that the two brands are giving away fuel for a year in the face of fuel hikes in SA? Also, how do we dial up GCs & FREE McDonald's food for a year as part of the competition?


SOLUTION:

As a team, we came up with POWER UP! as a campaign name that speaks to both powering up in terms of fueling and eating. As the head Copywriter, I was tasked with conceptualising the partnership campaign. The outcome was an all touch-points approach to communication. From digital to DOOH and radio. Writing content for the duration of the campaign for both brands & all other materials.
